MidWeight Producer
Location: London, UK (hybrid) Type: Full-time
About seeper…
seeper is a pioneering London-based studio working at the intersection of art and technology. Since 1998, they have been at the forefront of immersive experiential technology — a team of artists, inventors, engineers, programmers and planners dedicated to exploring the possibilities and dialogue between physical and digital. With over 25 years of experience, they have delivered more than 150 projects across 25 countries, reaching over 60 million attendees.
The role…
As Midweight Producer, you’ll sit at the heart of project delivery — owning the production process end-to-end on medium-scale commissions and supporting senior producers on large, complex builds. You’ll work across seeper’s core output: visitor attractions, brand activations, and bespoke events — always at the intersection of creative technology and physical experience.
What you’ll do…
- Own the day-to-day production management of multiple projects simultaneously, from briefing through to installation and handover
- Build and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers and status reports
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, freelancers, and internal creative and technical teams
- Coordinate across disciplines — design, engineering, software, AV, and fabrication — to ensure smooth delivery
- Procure and manage third-party suppliers, contractors, and specialist vendors
- Support senior producers on large-scale or technically complex projects
- Travel to site for installations, both in the UK and internationally
- Contribute to pitch processes and help scope new work
What we’re looking for…
- 3–5 years of production experience in immersive experiences, experiential events, themed entertainment, or a closely related field
- Proven track record of delivering interactive or technology-led projects on time and to budget
- Strong understanding of AV, interactive technology, or physical build processes
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing budgets from briefing through final reconciliation
- Highly organised, calm under pressure, and able to juggle competing priorities
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Willingness to travel for site visits and installations
Nice to have…
- Experience working with artists, technologists, or in a studio/agency hybrid environment
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Harvest, Instaghant or similar PM software
- An interest in creative technology, interaction design, or digital art
